摘要根据近几年人们生活的快速提高,社会的迅速发展,车载运输的在生活中变得越 来越重要,车载运输主要实现了各地区的物质输送;人们生活的提高,对物质的要求 也越来越高,那么车载运输的功能也变得繁多起来;为了满足车载运输在生活中的功 能需求,人们对于车载运输测控系统的研发投入也越来越多,而本文主要描述了车载 运输测控系统的设计过程。
通过查阅大量车载运输测测控系统的相关资料,设计出系统的大体框架,系统包 括五个模块,系统的核心模块是以西门子 S7-200 系列可编程控制器(PLC)为主要的 控制元件,其他四个模块分别问模拟量输入模块、人机界面模块、柴油发电机供电空 调控制模块以及空调温度控制模块。83775
根据系统功能需求完成硬件和软件的设计、人机界面的设计;系统是通过温湿度 传感器、三轴加速度计以及电压变送器分别对温湿度、电源电压(AC220V 和 DC24V)、 加速度(前后、垂直、侧向三个方向上的加速度)检测;人机界面的设计设置有系统 异常报警监控页面、实测数据监控以及温度和加速度的设置值页面,人机界面实现远 程显示监控;柴油机发电机供电空调,实现空调对温度的控制,通过编写控制系统与 空调的通讯协议,实现发电机与空调的联动控制,达到系统的节能效果。
经过现场调试,车载运输测控系统基本能够实现对运输车内环境的远程监控,以 及对运输车内温度的智能控制,同时可以对系统自身运行状态的监控,能够使系统的 功能稳定、实用。

Abstract
According to the rapid improvement of people life in recent years, the rapid development of society, the transport vehicle in life becomes more and more important, the transport vehicle is mainly to achieve the regional material conveying; the improvement of people's lives, to material requirements are also getting higher and higher, then transport vehicle has become many; in order to meet the transport vehicle in the life function demand, people for the measurement and control system of the transport vehicle research and development investment is also increasing。 This paper mainly describes the design process of the measurement and control system of the transport vehicle。
Through access to a large number of car transport measurement and control system of the relevant information, design the system general framework。 The system includes five modules, the core module of the system is to the Siemens S7-200 series can be programmable controller (PLC) for the control of the main components and the other four modules were asked analog input module, man-machine interface module, diesel generator power air conditioning control module and the temperature of the air conditioning control module。
According to the functional requirements of the system design, design of hardware and software of the system is through the man-machine interface; temperature and humidity sensor, three axis accelerometer and voltage transducer are temperature and humidity, power supply voltage (AC220V and DC24V), acceleration (before and after the vertical and lateral acceleration in three directions) detection; the design of man-machine interface settings a system of abnormal alarm monitoring, temperature monitoring and measurement data page and acceleration settings page, man-machine interface to realize remote monitoring display; diesel generator power supply air conditioning, to control the temperature of air conditioning control system and air conditioner, through the preparation of the communication protocol, to achieve linkage generator and air-conditioning control system, energy saving。
