摘要自 60 年代初开始在船舶中采用主机遥控技术,到现在世界上主要的造船国 家建造的远洋船舶几乎都装配有主机遥控设备,并且作为当今船舶自动化的核心 环节之一。所谓的主机遥控是指操纵主机的人员在远离机器的集控室或者驾驶室里通 过电气系统来远距离地操纵船舶的主柴油机的运转。这不仅改善了船员们在恶劣 海面上的工作环境,使他们的操作更加精准,而且也有效地保证了船舶安全稳定 的行驶。84074

不同种类的主机遥控系统所采取不同的控制手段,本文采用的是 PLC(可编 程控制器)工业控制网络来实现主机遥控系统的主要功能,该系统的主要特点是 功能齐全、系统结构简单、工作安全可靠且性价比较高。

本文主要完成以下四部分工作:

(1) 对船舶主机遥控系统的发展进程和在国内外的应用情况作了简介;

(2) 设计了船舶主机遥控系统的组成以及功能;

(3) 介绍主机遥控系统的船舶硬件集成单元;

(4) 针对系统的功能作了软件流程上的设计。 本研究使我对船舶主机遥控系统有了很深的了解,也明白了它在船舶上的重要性。作为船舶机舱自动化的核心部分,它在以后的船舶工业的应用、发展上有 着很大的前景,所以需要对其进行不断的研发和创新。

Abstract The main engine remote control technique has been used from the early 60s 。Up to now almost all oceangoing ships built by the world's main shipbuilding countries have equipped with main engine remote control devices, making it one of the core part of ship automation。

The so-called main engine remote control system means that the manipulator controls the ship's main main engine by means of electric automatic control system in the engine control room(ECR) or Bridge far away from the engine room。 It improves mariners’ working environment in the tough sea and make their operation more accurate。 And the system also effectively ensures ships voyage more safety and stably。 Different kinds of main engine remote control system adopt different means of control。 This paper adopts PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) industrial control network to realize the main functions of the system。 The main characteristics of the system is fully functional, the structure of the system is simple。  And it works   safely

and reliably with high cost performance。

This paper mainly finish the following four parts of job:

(1)Making some brief introduction to the development process of the ship main engine remote control system and the application situation at home and abroad。

(2)Designing the composition and function of remote control system。

(3)Introduction hardware integrated unit of the remote control system。

(4)Making a process design of software on the function of the system。

This study makes me have a deep knowledge of the ship main engine remote control system, and understand the importance of it on the ship。 As a core part of the ship engine room automation, the application and development of it in the later shipping industry has the very big prospects, so we need to research and innovate constantly。
