摘要:随着时代的发展,目前电动机已成为生活中不可或缺的一环。随着需求的不断扩大,电动机的种类也变得多样化,能适应不同环境、不同行业的需求。随之而来与之配套的测功机也有了更高的要求,为了能更好的对参数进行测量,使得测功机能具备更加稳定的性能。目前,国内很多高校,例如湖南大学,很多企业像杭州纳胜科技有限公司,都在这方面有了长足的进步,但与国外还有些差距,所以对控制器的设计研究是必不可少的,是使得国内测功机控制器技术追上甚至赶超国外的第一步。
本文首先对测功机做了简介,讲述了国内外测功机控制器的现状及其组成。通过查阅相关资料和指导老师的帮助下,首先确定了控制器的整体框架,然后对核心器件做了选择,完成了相关硬件设计,最后对核心硬件做了软件设计。设计的主要方面包括:单片机的选择及其主电路设计;转速、转矩的采集设计,其中还包括算法的选择和误差的排除;通讯与显示设计,包括LCD液晶显示,键盘、旋钮的设计等。

Through consulting relevant data and guidance of the teacher's help, first determine the overall framework of the controller, and then did choose the core components, completed the related hardware design, finally made a software design of the core hardware.
