摘要配电网故障恢复指当配电网发生故障时,我们可根据配电网的拓扑结构和电气关系及时地处理停电故障,恢复非故障区域失电负荷的供电,提高了供电质量,减少了停电带来的经济损失。因此,为保障配电网络安全性和可靠性，对配电网络恢复进行深入研究，寻找准确、快速、稳定的故障恢复方案很有必要。82934
论文首先简要阐述了故障恢复重构的研究背景以及研究意义，总结了至今为止国内外对于配电网故障恢复重构算法的研究现状；其次提出实现配电网恢复的基本要求，建立配电网故障恢复数学模型、设计恢复方案，内容主要涉及故障恢复的基本原理、步骤、流程，为研究提供理论依据；然后对遗传算法的基本内容进行阐述并编写基于遗传算法的配电网故障恢复重构的程序；最后利用33节点算例对方案进行检验，对恢复后的结果进行潮流计算和数据分析，验证了恢复方案的可行性以及遗传算法用于解决配电网恢复问题的有效性。
课题通过matlab软件编程及相关操作对算例进行分析和潮流计算，验证了恢复方案的可行性。课题主要对配电网供电可靠性进行分析与研究，与国民生活息息相关，有着显著的经济效益和重要的社会意义。

Title Research on Distribution Network Service Restoration
Abstract With the development of social economy, people put forward more demands on the reliability of power supply。 Distribution network service restoration refers to treating failure timely and restore the non-faulted loads power supply according to topological structure and electrical relationship。It improve the reliability and quality of power supply and reduce the economic loss。Therefore, it is necessary to find an accurate, fast and stable fault restoration strategy。
Firstly,introduces research background,significance of restoration,summarizes current achievements up to now。Secondly,summarizes the basic requirements of restoration,establishes mathematical model suitably and design practical recovery strategy。 Then,gives a brief introduction on GA and programs for service restoration based on it。Finally, verifies the feasibility of restoration through calculating and analyzing the result with 33 nodes example。
Above all, the research on the reliability of distribution network power supply is closely related to the national life, and owns significant economic benefits and great important social significance。
