摘要本毕业设计为秦皇岛北戴河某假日酒店建筑及结构设计。建筑设计完成了1层到4层的平面设计，以及一个主要出入口的剖面设计，并绘制了相应的建筑施工图。结构设计主要完成了一层楼盖和屋盖的结构设计，一榀框架的结构设计，一部主楼梯的结构设计，和基础的结构设计，并绘制了相应的结构施工图。在结构设计中，楼盖双向板采用塑性绞线法计算，竖向荷载作用下的框架内力采用分层法计算，水平地震作用下的框架内力采用D值法计算。本说明也对竖向恒荷载作用下得框架弯矩手算值进行了电算校核，统计并分析了手算误差。87510

Title Architectural and Structural Design of a Holiday Hotel in Qinhuangdao Beidaihe
Abstract The graduation project is architectural and structural design of a holiday hotel in Qinhuangdao Beidaihe。 Architecture design completed the graphic design of 1 to 4 floors,sectional design of a main entrances, and the corresponding construction drawings。The structural design includes first floor design, four floor design,a frames, a main staircase, foundation design, and the corresponding construction drawings。 In the structural design, two-way slab calculated with plastic strand method。 The internal forces of frame under vertical load calculated with layered method, under horizontal earthquake calculated with D value method。 Also，the moment of frame under vertical dead load is checked by software PKPM, and the errors of hand calculation are counted and analyzed。

1 工程概况
本工程为秦皇岛北戴河某一假日酒店，拟建四层，建筑面积约5000m2，采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。
本工程上部结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，建筑设计使用年限50年，抗震设防烈度为7度，设计地震分组为第三组，框架等级为三级。
