摘要随着智能手持的普及，O2O商业模式新兴起来，020模式是Online to Offline的缩写，其发展非常迅速，成为新的关注点。O2O商业模式是指将线下买卖与线上电子商务进行整合的一种新模式，这种新模式能够实现买卖双方与网络平台三方的互利共赢。O2O模式下的餐饮品台也逐渐兴起，人们不仅生活节奏快，而且减少了家庭烹饪，外出就餐与订外卖的比例逐渐升高，形成了懒人经济，这种懒人经济促使了外卖 O2O 的产生。本文主要以“饿了吗”外卖平台为例，分析O2O商业模式的现状和发展前景，通过问卷调查的方式，发现“饿了么”存在以下问题：宣传成本过大；模式有缺陷；监管力度不严且难严以及配送效率不高。对此基于对O2O的运营模式笔者建议：注重平台的使用；占领细分市场；加强审查监管以及提高服务深度。本文的研究将对“饿了么”领先行业并且提高市场占有率方面具有指导意义。87951
