摘要：本文对企业逆向物流的现状和产生原因的进行分析，提出逆向物流具有能有效降低企业成本，提高客户满意度以及提升企业的形象等战略价值，并展开了对企业发展逆向物流策略的研究，通过灵活选择逆向物流运营模式、加强企业物流信息系统建设和设施设备体系建设、改进产品的设计以及加强宣传教育和人才的培养等策略可以促进企业逆向物流发展的，提高企业的竞争力；最后通过联想电脑逆向物流的案例结合前面的理论分析其逆向物流发展战略。

The value analysis and develop strategy of enterprise’s reverse logistics

Abstract：This paper analysis the present situation and the reasons of the becoming  of enterprise’s reverse logistics , and then come up with some strategic value as the rising of the satisfaction of the enterprise’s customers , the reducing of the enterprise’s cost and promoting the imagining of the enterprise and so on.Then the paper begin to study the strategy for the development of the enterprise . The enterprise can develop it’s reverse logistics and increase it’s competitiveness by choosing different reverse logistics operating model of enterprise , strengthen enterprise’s logistic information system and facilities and equipment system , improving the design of the product and using specialty employee by training them .At last , the paper use the case of the reverse logistics of Lenovo to analyze its development strategy .
