摘要：自改革开放以来,劳动力市场分割理论在中国产生了更大的影响力，社会上一直对大学生毕业后的就业问题保持较高关注度，大学生在毕业后的流动会给高校所在地的经济带来不可小觑的作用。所以，本文将借助劳动力市场分割理论，以此来研究影响大学毕业生流动的因素。本文首先对“流动”此概念进行了明确的分类界定，接着基于劳动力市场分割理论将流动因素划分为五个类别，以此来研究大学毕业生流动意向因素。最后再基于所得出的结论，提出一些建设性的建议。36648

A study on the influencing factors of College Students' intention to flow after graduation
——Nanjing University as an Example
Abstract: Dual labor market theory has entered into the China since the reform and opening up to the outside world , the employment of college students has been the general problems of social concern, college students in the flow after graduation will play the main role in the local economy. So this paper mainly based on the dual labor market theory, to study the influencing factors of college graduates.Firstly, this paper on the concept of "flow" has clearly the classification definition.Then, according to the dual labor market theory, the liquidity factors are pided into five categories, so as to study the factors influencing the flow of graduates. Finally, on the basis of the conclusion, some feasible suggestions are put forward.

大学生毕业后流动意向因素实证研究以南京高校为例
大学生是引领社会发展的中坚力量，大学生是否愿意留在某个地区就业发展，对该地区将产生巨大的影响。导致影响大学生毕业后流动的影响因素颇多，如劳动力市场分割、就业观念、个人喜欢等等。而劳动力市场分割理论自改革开放后便在中国受到了普遍的研究与证实，随着户籍制度以及经济的发展的不断完善，劳动力市场分割的分割对
大学生毕业后的流动产生了越来越大的影响。
