摘要：本文解释了什么是企业社会责任，并通过分析光明乳业在质量保证方面的各个环节，说明企业社会责任如何影响一个公司的价值。首先重点研究光明乳业社会责任缺失的原因，并针对漏洞制定推进光明乳业社会责任的具体措施。其次，本文也介绍了企业社会责任最不可或缺的元素之一：供应链，通过对光明乳业供应链的分析，来凸显供应链对于企业的重要性，以及对于企业履行社会责任的深远影响。目前，中国企业在履行社会责任方面的情况并不理想，尤其是食品行业，近几年来屡次爆出食品质量问题，严重损害了消费者的利益。在研究中发现，光明乳业作为一家食品企业，在履行企业社会责任方面尽管还有很多需要改进的地方，但是也有很多地方是值得国内其他行业效仿和学习的。希望通过本文对光明乳业的企业社会责任的研究分析，能带给中国其他企业一些启发，更好地把社会责任融入企业的日常管理之中，为营造和谐社会尽一份力。6301

The Study of Bright Dairy’s Corporate Social Responsibility
Abstract: This paper explains the corporate social responsibility (CSR), by analyzing all aspect of Bright Dairy quality assurance to illustrate the impact of CSR on firm value. Firstly, this paper focuses on the reason why Bright Dairy lack of CSR and develops specific measures to promote the Bright Dairy’s Corporate social responsibility for vulnerabilities. Secondly, the paper introduces supply chain, one of the most important elements in CSR, from this aspect to analyze Bright Dairy. It is proved that supply chain play an important role in the CSR activities. The CSR is not act as expected in China at present, especially in food industry, and having more and more food quality problems in recent years, what seriously harm the interests of consumers. Bright Dairy, as a food company, has some issues in the process of fulfilling CSR, but also has many good aspects that other company can learn. Hope this paper can bring China companies some inspiration on how to introduce CSR into daily management, and do something for creating a harmonious society.
