摘要：在如今的社会工作实务中大量运用的是以经验为主要指导的实务理论，而拥有社会工作理论为背景的实务指导在实际操作过程中却难以发挥其用武之地。本论文通过实地考察S机构，对机构、工作者和项目等方面进行实务理论专业化程度分析以及与社会工作理论指导下实务的差别，并浅析差别的影响和可能形成的原因，最后在微观层面提出改善方案。全文强调社会工作理论指导在实务中的重要性，旨在能够引起共鸣，并进而为提高上海社会工作服务机构的专业性服务水平贡献微薄之力。6338

The Gap between theory and practice of social work practice research —S service agencies in Shanghai as an example
Abstract: Widely used in today's practice of social work practice theory is to experience as the main guidance, and have the social work theory as guidance in practical background in the actual operation process is difficult to play the play.This paper through on-the-spot investigation of S service agencies, carries on the analysis theory of practice specialization degree of organization, workers and projects as well as the guidance and social work theory and practice of difference, and influence of different and possibly causes, finally at the micro level, put forward the improvement proposal. It emphasizes the importance of social work theory in the practice, in order to resonate, and thus to improve the professional level of service the meager contribution of Shanghai social work service strength.
