摘要近几十年来，我国经济发展迅速,但是城乡发展不协调。于是越来越多的农民背井离乡 去往发达地区务工，其子女则被留在家成为了留守儿童。留守儿童这一弱势群体因其状况 频出，受到了越发频繁的关注。本文以山东省郯城县庙山镇为例，通过了解庙山镇农村留 守儿童社会支持系统现状，进而深入分析社会支持系统现存的问题和导致这些问题的原因。 在此基础上，为完善庙山镇农村留守儿童社会支持系统提出相关对策，希望能对农村留守 儿童更好发展与成长有所助益。75279

Title Research on social support system of left-behind children in
rural areas of China ---the case study of the Miaoshan town of Tancheng
County,Shandong Province
Abstract
In recent decades,although China’s economy has developed rapidly,the imbalance of urban and rural becomes more and more serious。 More and more farmers leave the hometowns and their childern who have been left home become left-behind children。As vulneable group,left-behind children has been paid more attention from all sectors of society。This paper takes Miaoshan town of Tancheng County,Shandong Province for example。 By understanding the social support system of rural left-behind children,this paper analyzed the existing problems of social support system and the reasons for these problems。 On this basis, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the social support system of rural left-behind children and hopes to be beneficial to the development of rural left-behind children。

1 绪论
1。1 研究背景与意义
地区经济发展不平衡，城乡经济发展不平衡，导致大量农民工在城市涌现。与此同时， 农村地区的留守儿童数量日益增多。近年来，与留守儿童相关的报道频频现于新闻、报纸等 媒体，违法犯罪、打架斗殴、过早辍学、早婚早育、安全事故等已经屡见不鲜。留守儿童无 疑是一个弱势群体，其需要被呵护，被关爱，需要社会支持。但是，农村留守儿童方面的社 会支持明显不充分，是以，我们需要建立并且完善农村留守儿童社会支持系统。本文在前人 研究基础上，以山东省郯城县庙山镇为例，进一步提出并建立有机的社会支持系统，更好地 保障留守儿童的生活。同时，也希望本文可以为后续研究起到引玉之砖的作用。 郯城农村留守儿童社会支持系统研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_86185.html
