摘要随着经济和社会的快速发展，企业越来越重视管理能力。管理能力是企业要实现 持续发展的关键因素，科学的管理可以加速企业的发展。伴着经济全球化的逐渐深入， 企业面临着诸多严峻的挑战，企业的管理能力需要进一步的进行理论研究和实践的探 索。77827

首先，本文通过总结国内外的研究现状，对企业管理的内涵进行了系统地阐述， 明确了企业管理的内涵及相关理论。

其次，构建了针对小米公司的管理能力评价指标体系，并采用层次分析法和模糊 综合评价法对其管理能力进行评价。

最后，探索小米公司在企业管理上的不足之处，并提出相应的对策，以提高其管 理能力。

Enterprise Management Evaluation and Improvement - A Case Study of XiaoMi

Abstract The ability of enterprise management has gradually become an inexhaustible motive force for the sustainable development of an enterprise。 With the development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing severe challenges。 Evaluation  of enterprise management ability and ascension requires further carrying out a research into the theory and practice。

First of all, this paper summarizes the status quo of this research at home and abroad。 Then the connotation of enterprise management is systematically summarized, and is clear about the connotation of enterprise management and related theories。

Secondly, this paper builds the evaluation index system for XiaoMi , and mainly uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the management ability  of the enterprise。

Finally, it will find the shortage of XiaoMi in the enterprise management。 The final purpose is to put forward the corresponding countermeasure for enterprise management ability of XiaoMi , and to improve its ability of enterprise management。
