摘要在全球范围内中小家族企业普遍存在,并且在全球经济中有着举足轻重的地位。改革开放以来我国中小家族企业成为国家经济不可缺少的一部分,在经济增长中起到重要作用。本文在分析国内外相关的激励理论和中小家族企业的基础上,以远燕医疗为例,采用文献调查、问卷调查的方法,探究中小家族企业非家族员工激励机制在公平性、薪酬结构、激励手段等方面存在的弊端,并分析其中原因。在此基础上,针对远燕医疗非家族员工激励方面存在的问题,提出相应的对策,从而促进企业和非家族员工的共同发展。81925
