摘要：随着大量的新兴产业出现，经济市场虽然变的更加的活跃，但是也让身处其中的企事业单位感受到了更高的竞争压力，因此各个单位都通过不断的加强自身的管理能力来提升其综合影响力，财务管理作为各单位中极为重要的一支也备受关注。而其中将财务与业务融合管理的模式“业财一体化”就逐渐出现在各个单位的管理之中，不过在业财一体化的运用过程中也遇到了不少的问题需要制定一系列相关的措施来进行解决。而本文就是对业财一体化过程对企业业务财务运行所造成的影响进行分析讨论。
