摘要搪瓷基于金属基体搪烧一层厚度的玻璃质瓷釉(100到500微米)制成,它是一种拥有众多优良性能的复合材料。搪瓷钢板对我国经济发展有着非常显著的影响,搪瓷钢板是搪瓷材料的重要组成部分之一,钢板成分和金相性质对提高涂层表面质量,能够降低搪瓷缺陷,对于提高密着性质起着非常显要的作用。87113

本文运用Dynaform仿真软件对搪瓷钢板进行了拉深过程的模拟分析,得到了搪瓷钢板强度对其拉伸过程后金属板料的性能的影响,金属板料的强度决定其拉深性能。为了研发出具有高强度的钢板,减少制件使用与制造原料,用酸洗板代替冷轧板,不仅能够帮助企业有效地控制成本的多少,而且显著有效地改善钢板的拉深性能。板料的冲压成形是如今行业内生产中的一种主要技术手段,在航空航天、重工业领域都有相当范围的运用。通过模拟拉深过程可知,对于实验所选用的搪瓷钢薄板而言,拉深变形完成后,板料各部位的变形程度不同,变形程度随着拉深程度的加大而变大,边缘部位变形程度更大。在Dynaform中设定不同强度的搪瓷钢进行模拟,制件在其他工艺参数相同的情况下,在一定的范围内,强度小的搪瓷钢的拉深性能更好,具有更好的冲压性能。通过模具制造前对薄板进行拉深仿真模拟分析可以优化拉深工艺参数,即使预测拉深后可能产生的质量问题并及时改进拉深工艺,从而能指导实际的冲压加工过程。

Abstract Enamel matrix metal lined is based on burning a layer thickness of vitreous enamel (100 to 500 microns)which is made, it is has many excellent properties of the composites。 Enamel plate which is on the economic development of our country has a very significant impact Actually,enamelled steel sheet is enamel materials。It is a kind of the important parts, steel composition and metallurgical properties to improve the surface quality of the coating to reduce enamel defects and improve the adhesion properties which plays a prominent role in this field。

The paper is based on DYNAFORM simulation software of enamelled steel sheet for deep drawing process simulation analysis, which obtained the enamel steel strength effecting on the performance of sheet metal after the tensile process and the strength of the sheet metal decided the drawing performance。 To develop high strength steel plate  and get less parts and manufacturing materials, we should choose this kind of plate instead of traditional cold rolled plate which only can’t help enterprises effectively control the cost of raw materials。It can significantly and effectively improve the drawing performance of steel plate, sheet metal stamping is now within the industry in the production of a main technical means, in aerospace, industrial areas have the use of a wide range of application。By simulating the deep drawing process,we can come to a conclusion, that is, for the selective enamelled steel sheet drawing deformation after the completion of the sheet metal parts of the deformation degree, deformation degree increase with degree of drawing and change and edge position to approach greater deformation degree。 With DYNAFORM to set different intensity of the enamel steel which was simulated parts in the other process parameters are the same。 Within a certain range, low intensity of the enamel steel deep drawing performance is better to the stamping performance。 Before making on the sheet of drawing simulation simulation of drawing process parameters can be optimized。Even though drawing forecast problems which are related to their quality and prompt improvement of drawing, which is able to guide the actual stamping process。
