摘要随着我国国民经济的快速发展,城市化步伐的加快,钢材需求日益增长。在工业发达国家中,热连轧带钢以占板带钢总产量的80%左右,占钢材总产量的50%以上,因而在现代轧钢生产中占着统治地位。在这种情况下,由于大量使用的热轧钢板产品,中国先后建立数百热轧带钢生产线,以满足市场需求。随着对环保和企业国家新的发展要求来调整节能钢铁产品越来越迫切产品结构,就必须改造传统生产工艺,创新和优化,这既是热轧带钢不断发展的产品需求,同时也市场对高品质,高价值,低成本,低功耗的热轧带钢产品的需求。87177
