摘 要本课题在查阅相关文献及现有设备条件的基础上,结合了国内外硬质合金/钢复合 焊接的相关实验结果,开展了硬质合金/钢复合麻花钻焊接工艺方面的研究工作。主要 采用真空钎焊的方法,获得硬质合金与钢的焊接接头。实验选择了银铜共晶、CuMnNi 和 CuMnCo 三种钎料。通过扫描电镜对不同钎料焊接接头显微组织进行分析。探讨了基 于银铜共晶钎料、CuMnNi 和 CuMnCo 钎料钎焊温度焊接参数对硬质合金 YG6X/42CrMo 钢 接头组织的影响。希望通过此次实验,能够对硬质合金与钢的真空钎焊工艺进一步改善, 使硬质合金麻花钻在实际应用中获得更优异的性能和使用寿命。实验表明,三种钎料都 能有效润湿母材,且银基钎料对接头质量的提升优于铜基钎料。综合考虑经济及后续热 处理问题后,确定硬质合金 YG6X 与 42CrMo 钢的最佳钎焊工艺为采用 CuMnCo 钎料,钎 焊温度 1040℃,保温 30 分钟。79801

Abstract This paper, on the basis of relevant literature and on the condition of existing equipment, is related to the experimental results at home and abroad cemented carbide / steel composite twist drill, carried out the research of welding process of cemented carbide / steel composite twist drill technology and other aspects of performance。 A vacuum brazing method was used to obtain the welded joint of hard alloy and steel。 In the experiment, three kinds solder of Ag- Cu eutectic, CuMnNi and CuMnCo were selected。 By scanning electron microscope microstructure of solder joint was analyzed and infer the shear strength of welded joints。 The influence of welding parameters on the microstructure and properties of cemented carbide YG6X/42CrMo steel joints was studied based on Ag Cu eutectic solder, CuMnNi and CuMnCo solder。Hope that through this experiment to improve vacuum brazing technology of hard alloy and steel further and to make the carbide twist drill in the practical application achieve more excellent performance and service life。 Experiments show that Ag compared to diffusion brazing process of Cu is more significant and silver based brazing filler metal on the joint quality enhance better than copper based solder。 Considering the economic and subsequent heat treatment, it is considered that the optimum brazing process of cemented carbide YG6X and 42CrMo steel is the use of CuMnCo solder, brazing temperature 1040 ℃, heat preservation for 30 minutes。
