摘要:人们的物质文化水平随着体验经济时代的到来不断提升,在旅游起步阶段,外出旅 行游览才是人们的基本需求,而现在人们更向往个性化的旅游需求,来满足求知欲望、自 我价值的实现等高层次的旅游需求,追求难以忘怀的旅游体验。但是,在以保护为主,开 发为辅的指导下,许多旅游景区都面临着同样的问题:缺乏创新,产品结构单一,内容雷 同,参与性低。如何在保护的基础上开发旅游景区,重新赢回游客,成为了摆在政府、经 营者面前的难题。本文从游客体验的角度出发,首先综述了国内外游客的相关理论和实践 成果,并提出游客体验相关性分析。其次,选取东台市西溪文化旅游景区为研究对象,运 用文献法、实地考察、调查问卷等方法对西溪文化旅游景区进行了论证并发现其存在问题, 最后对东台西溪文化旅游景区提出体验式旅游开发。努力切实提高游客参与度与满意度, 提升游客体验质量,完成景区的可持续发展。85889

Abstract: the people's material and cultural level with the advent of the era of experience economy, the tourism infancy, travel is the basic human needs, and now people are more yearning personalized travel demand, to meet the seeking knowledge desire, the realization of self-worth, high level of travel demand, the pursuit of unforgettable travel experience。 Give priority to in order to protect, however, the development is complementary, under the guidance of many scenic spots are faced with the same problem: lack of innovation, product structure is single, the same content, participation is low。 Development on the basis of how to protect the scenic spots, win back tourists, became the difficult problem in front of the government, the operators。 In this paper, from the perspective of tourist experience, first of all, summarizes the related theory and practice of domestic and foreign tourists, and visitors experience correlation analysis is put forward。 Secondly, select dongtai xixi culture tourism scenic area as the research object, using literature method, fieldwork, questionnaire demonstrates the method of xixi culture tourism scenic area and found the problem, finally to dongtai xixi cultural tourism scenic spot experiential tourism development are put forward。 To tourists and improve the participation and satisfaction, improving the quality of tourist experience, to complete the sustainable development of scenic spots。
