摘要:本码头设计结合相关码头工程实例及相关设计规范,根据初步设计资料完成对大连港20000吨级散货码头设计。设计的主要内容包括码头的总体平面布置、码头装卸工艺的设计、码头的选型、码头结构尺寸设计、码头的稳定性验算、卸荷板的配筋、码头以及相关计算简图及表格公式。
设计码头主要有四个散货泊位,根据规范,计算设计完成了港口的总平面布置,包括港口陆域和水域布置;装卸工艺选用抓斗式门机配合自卸车、斗轮堆取料机和单斗装载机共同作业;通过码头结构方案之间的比选,本设计结构采用了重力式实心方块码头;码头结构抗倾及抗滑稳定性验算,采用最不利荷载组合情况,基床和地基承载力验算考虑最大荷载组合情况。最后根据规范,对卸荷板构件进行受力计算,并进行相关配筋。

Abstract:This design combined with engineering examples and related design specifications, according to preliminary design data to complete the 20000 - ton bulk cargo wharf design of dalian port.Design of the main content includes the general layout of wharf, port loading and unloading process of design, structure design, the unloading board size of reinforcement, wharf stability calculation diagram and related calculation formula and form.
Design of terminal mainly has four bulk cargo berth, according to the specification, calculation of total plane layout design terminal, including land area and layout of the waters;Loading and unloading process selects the clamshell door machine matching dump truck, bucket wheel stacker reclaimer and single bucket loader;Through the wharf structure scheme comparison, the design adopts gravity solid square terminal;Anti-inclining wharf structure and anti-sliding stability calculation, using the most unfavorable load combinations, bed and foundation bearing capacity calculation considering the maximum load combination.Finally according to the specification, the unloading board component force of reinforcement calculation.
