摘要本次设计的码头地理位置是在安徽省北部蚌埠市的蚌埠港,码头货物类型为散 货,码头根据要求设计为散货码头。按照散货码头设计要求,码头总长度设计为长 140m,码头整体结构沿岸方向一共设计为两段,每段长度是 70m。码头前沿停泊水 域宽度设计宽 36m,码头前沿设计水底高程为-1。00m,可以安全停靠一万吨级的散 货船舶。仓库和堆场面积根据货物量决定,并根据交通运输及其他的综合情况对仓 库和堆场的分布进行设计和安排。码头设计为板梁式高桩码头,由于是散货码头, 故设计为宽桩台码头,前方桩台宽为 19。25m,后方桩台宽 13。50m,前后方桩台之间 设有 30mm 结构缝,结构缝处前后方桩台设计为悬臂相接。面板采用预制板,四边 分别搭在横梁和纵梁上。纵梁分为普通纵梁、边梁和轨道梁。横梁断面采用倒 T 型 断面,纵梁搭在横梁上,码头不设桩帽。在进行内力计算时,纵梁按刚性支撑连续 梁计算。横向排架间距为 6。7 米,横梁向排架采用钢筋混凝土现浇叠合梁。重点部分 是横向排架计算,由于横向排架的内力情况比较复杂,我们采用易工软件进行机算, 并输出结果。主要设计内容包括对码头整体结构的设计,横梁、纵梁、面板和靠船 构件进行内力、配筋计算和抗裂验算。这次散货码头的设计的桩采用的是钢管桩, 设计时对钢管桩的承载力进行验算。77864
