摘要在企业社会责任的呼声日益高涨的今天,旅游企业同样需要承担并履行相应的企业社会责任。旅行社企业是旅游企业中最具代表性的企业,旅行社企业履行企业社会责任的程度与水平也日益受到人们的关注。本文对高邮G旅行社有关企业社会责任方面的问题作了探讨,认为该旅行社企业社会责任缺失主要表现在员工权益上保障不力、存在不正当竞争行为、旅游合同履行不够严谨、缺乏生态环境保护意识、社会公益的参与度不足等方面,认为上述问题的成因主要在于企业自身价值观有失偏颇和旅游行业管理水平滞后,在分析基础上提出了企业、行业、社会三方联动的推动机制以及树立正确的价值观、发挥管理者的示范作用、关注企业员工权益、介入并引导旅游者行为、建立责任信息披露机制、加强旅游行业管理监督力度、加强企业社会责任培训力度、发挥媒体监督作用等履行路径。86574

Research on the driving mechanism and performance path of corporate social responsibility of G travel agency

ABSTRACT Nowadays, the corporate social responsibility has aroused wide concern, tourism enterprises also need to bear and fulfill the corresponding corporate social responsibility。 Travel agency enterprise is the most representative of the tourism enterprises , The degree and the level of travel agency enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility of the enterprises have attracted people’s attention。 This paper makes a discussion on the issues ,which related to corporate social responsibility of the G travel agency in Gaoyou 。The lack of corporate social responsibility of the G travel agency in Gaoyou is mainly in the protection of employees' rights and interests, unfair competition behavior, the performance of the tourism contract is not enough, the lack of awareness of ecological environment protection, lack of participation of social welfare。 After analyzing the phenomenon of the loss of corporate social responsibility of the G travel agency, it is found that the main reason is the lack of the value of their own enterprises and the problem of the management of the tourism industry 。 On the basis of analysis, this paper puts forward the driving mechanism of the three party linkage of enterprise, industry and society, and enterprises have to establish the correct values, to play the role of managers, should pay attention to the rights and interests of employees, to intervene and guide the tourists behavior, to establish the mechanism of responsibility information disclosure, and Gaoyou tourism industry management department should pay attention to strengthen supervision, as well as the G and other tourism enterprises in Gaoyou to carry out social responsibility awareness training ,and play the role of media supervision and other performance path
