摘 要 由于网上交易的商务形式逐渐普及,线上交易越来越频繁,随之欺诈现象也层出不穷,使得电商平台生态系统的信用环境成为人们日渐关注的重点,让人们对电商平台生态系统网上交易存在不信任感,担心受骗,损失钱财。因此,信用问题成为阻碍我国电商交易模式继续稳健向前发展的关键因素之一。信用是市场经济的基石,无论是传统的商务活动,还是新型的电商平台生态系统活动,只有做到诚信交易,市场经济才能更好的发展。本文以电商平台生态系统的信用作用为研究点,以发展最早,目前制度较为完善,用户使用最为普遍的电商平台——淘宝网为例,在分析我国现有电商平台生态系统信用评价体系存在的问题的基础上,通过身份认证、交易主体评价信用度、交易金额等方面提出相关的解决对策,以完善现有的电商平台生态系统信用评价体系。90427
