摘  要：随着社会的进步和经济的快速发展，人们对生活品质的也越来越高要求，我国服务业的竞争越来越激烈。酒店业做为服务业的一个重要的组成部分，酒店的产品就是服务质量，所以酒店服务质量的研究也是服务质量研究的重中之重。 本文以徐州市国际酒店为研究对象，运用访谈法，调查问卷法，最后汇总问卷数据和访谈的结果，分析得出国际酒店当下的有形性、移情性、可靠性、响应性和可信性服务质量存在不足。结合平时所学专业知识，本文将从设备、酒店管理制度、员工的服务，员工满意度和会员制度这几个方面提升酒店服务质量。希望能够为国际酒店保住市场地位并提升市场竞争力提供指导性依据。93939

Abstract：Along With the development of society and the rapid development of economy, people's quality of life is becoming more and more demanding。 Hotel industry as an important part of the service industry, the hotel's product is the quality of service, so the hotel service quality is also the most important quality of service research。 The international hotel in Xuzhou as the research object, Using interview method, questionnaire method, the final summary questionnaire data and interview results, and find the current international hotel tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and credibility are of poor quality of service。 Combining with the professional knowledge, this paper will improve hotel service quality from the hotel staff equipment, management system, service, employee satisfaction and membership system aspects。i am looking forward to supply the directory basis to keep the international hotel market position and enhance market competitiveness 。
