摘要:随着科技的不断发展,市场对产品的需求日趋个性化,企业不仅要提供质优价廉的产品,而且要提供多样化、快捷化、服务完善的产品,并致使传统的生产管理模式不再适用于企业的发展。为了寻求一种适用于新时期企业发展的生产管理方法,本文尝试性地对约束理论展开研究,并将其引入到企业的生产管理中,以期提高企业的生产能力。本文分析了约束理论(TOC)的产生背景及现状,详细探讨了约束理论的基本思想,包括其指标体系、九项基本原则、五大核心步骤。并将约束理论与MRPⅡ、JIT三种管理模式迸行了对比,分析了约束理论的优势。本文以A公司为例,针对其生产现场存在的各种问题,以约束理论思想为指导找出了其瓶颈问题产生的根源,运用TOC的思维流程,“改什么”、“改成什么样”、“怎么改”对A公司的生产现场进行改善,达到提升该公司生产能力的目的。总体步骤:第一步,分析生产现场,发现生产现存在的问题,生产瓶颈;第
二步,解决问题,突破瓶颈;第三步,收集整理数据,分析改善后达到的效果,得到生产能力提升的结论。

Research on the Promotion of Production Ability Based on Constraint Theory
Abstract:.
