摘要城乡二元经济结构是由城乡之间不可协调的制度差异引起的，是一个国家尚在发展的标志。我国的城乡二元经济结构相对于一般发展中国家显得更加突出，在我国农村与城市之间不仅存在着经济水平的差距，更有着社会福利、公共服务、收入水平等巨大的差距。在对外开放对内改革的形势下，虽然城市和农村之间的联系日趋紧密，但由于计划经济导致的二元结构并未得以缓解。在城乡二元结构下，土地征收补偿带来的问题不仅关乎社会公平，更关乎整个社会的发展。39158

本文基于二元结构问题的研究，采用比较分析法、实证分析法、制度经济学等探讨土地征收补偿的问题，结合江苏省的情况对征地补偿的方式和制度进行分析并且提出建议。

Abstract Urban and rural dual economic structure is caused by the coordinating system differences between rural and urban areas, is a sign of a country is still in development. Under the dual structure between urban and rural areas, the problem of land expropriation compensation is not just about social justice, and more about the development of the society as a whole.
