伴随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化，建设工程合同法制建设与科学管理进入了一个新的阶段。通过《中华人民共和国建筑法》、《中华人民共和国合同法》、《中华人民共和国招标投标法》的颁布和实施，为推动和加快我国建设事业的发展提供了法律保障。建设工程合同管理，已经成为依法治理国家建设事业，加强科学管理的重要环节，也是保证工程建设质量，提高工程建设经济效益与社会效益的重要工具。
