摘要：现如今我国经济建设高速发展，但是我国现仍处于社会主义初级阶段，政治丶文化丶经济等各方面都需要进一步发展。现在我国社会矛盾非常明显，当务之急是改变社区治理模式。本研究以上海市闵行区社区治理的现状为对象，以闵行区社区治理现状入手，分析目前闵行区社区治理普遍存在的问题，主要表现为政府与社区之间缺乏互动、社区委员会的工作人员定位模糊，社区工作任务分配不均衡，任务艰巨，社区工作人员素质有待提高，社区工作者的待遇与收入水平较低，社区自治与政府行政缺少互动，“以政代社”等问题。61838

Shanghai minhang district community governance research

 Abstract：The high speed development of economy in China today, but now is still in the primary stage of socialism in our country, the political, cultural, economic and so on various aspects need to be further developed. Now social contradictions in our country is very obvious, it is imperative that change of community governance mode. This study focuses on the subject of the status quo of community governance, minhang district of Shanghai, minhang district to current situation of community governance, analysis the minhang district community governance are widespread problems, main show is the lack of interaction between the government and the community, the community committee staff positioning fuzzy, community work task allocation imbalance, a difficult task, the community needs to improve staff quality, community workers deal with the low level of income, community autonomy and government administration, lack of interaction "by generation of social problems."
