摘要本文研究的课题是2011年世界五百强的企业价值观，对2011年世界五百强企业的价值观进行收集和整理，随后进行国家分类、行业分类，并对企业的价值观进行词频统计和分析，本文介绍了价值观的含义、作用、国内外对企业价值观的研究和现状及企业价值观的发展趋势，最后选取衡量企业绩效的四个指标，并将其与收集整理出来的企业价值观进行相关性分析，找出它们之间的联系，为国内企业在企业价值观的塑造和管理中提供借鉴。64864

Abstract

The subject of this study is the  values of 2011 world top five hundred enterprises ,This article collected and tidied up 2011 world top five hundred enterprises' values，Then we obtained state classification, industry classification and word frequency statistics and analysis of the enterprise values .This paper introduces the meaning and function of the enterprise values, This paper also introduces  the study of enterprise values and present situation at home and abroad and the development trend of enterprise values.Then, this paper choose four indicators of business performance,then this paper do the correlation analysis between the enterprise values and that four indicators of business performance,Lastly,finding out the connection between them, To provide reference for domestic enterprises in the shaping of the enterprise values and management.
