摘 要:随着经济的快速发展,人民生活质量的不断提高,人们越来越注重精神层面的消费体验。体验式营销是人们对营销活动规律性认识的一个深化。在体验经济时代,旅游者的需求越来越倾向于体验化、互动化和个性化,旅游业的发展呼吁体验营销为之注入新的发展动力。这些年,江阴旅游业发展非常迅猛,但是其整体的经济效益很低。本文主要探讨研究江阴旅游业的体验营销策略,通过分析江阴旅游业体验营销现状,存在的问题,提出江阴旅游业的体验营销策略:建立系统性的旅游指南;开发与景区特色相关联的纪念品;重视旅游服务开发的互动性;激发员工的工作热情,以期为江阴旅游业的发展提供借鉴。67632

Abstract:With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,more and more emphasis has been put on the consumption experience of spiritual level.Experiential marketing deepens people's regular recognition of marketing campaign.During the era of experiential economy,tourists' demands have an increasing tendency in experience,interaction and inpiduation.The development of tourism appeals to experiential marketing to inject new developing force for it.Over the years,the tourism in Jiangyin has developed rapidly,but its overall economic benefit is rather low.This paper is mainly in research of the experiential marketing strategy in Jiangyin.By analyzing the current situation of the experiential marketing of tourism in Jiangyin and the existing problems,it will present the experiential marketing strategy of tourism in Jiangyin,which is as follows:establishing systematic travel guides;exploiting souvenirs related to the characteristics of the scenic spots;attaching importance to the interactivity of the exploitation and stimulating the employees' enthusiasm to work,so that the paper will provide a reference for the development of tourism in Jiangyin.

1 引言
江阴是一座经济发展迅速、历史气息浓厚的城市,历史遗存丰富,文物古迹众多。这片土地也孕育了许多历史名人:徐霞客、刘天华、刘半农、刘半茂、上官明珠等等。江阴的经济发展迅速,连续九年蝉联中国百强县之首,华西村、长江村也是全国著名。本文以江阴旅游业的体验营销为题,在开头详细的介绍了体验营销的相关概念,通过走访调研的方法分析江阴旅游业体验营销的现状,发现其存在的问题。根据消费者的旅游体验需求,将古代特色传统文化与现代快速发展的经济相结合,提出相应的可行性建议,以更好的提高消费者的旅游体验,提高江阴旅游业整体经济效益。
