摘要随着科学技术的快速发展,会展业作为第三产业的新兴力量,不断地引领着市场经济的发展,会展经济为一个国家或者城市的竞争力提供了有效动力,是城市经济发展的源泉。但是,在会展业壮大的同时,会展企业之间的竞争已经不单单是技术与物质装备层面的竞争,很大程度上取决于企业内部人力资源的整体竞争实力,只有不断完善和创新企业的人力资源管理,才能发挥企业独有的优势,以强大的抗压能力面对市场经济的激烈竞争,才能保证企业不被时代所淘汰。74103
本文通过对国内外会展业人力资源管理的相关文献进行查阅,结合国内外学者对人力资源流失问题的研究及其理论和模型等,主要运用心理契约这一核心理论,研究分析了会展业人力资源流失对企业造成的危害、会展企业人力资源流失的原因,结合相关理论提出了改善会展企业人力资源管理的相关意见和对策。
