摘要大学生“村官”计划是我国和政府积极引导和促进社会zhuyi新农村建设的重要措施。 由于这个计划的实施，使得大学生“村官”这一群体进入我们的研究视野。“大学生”村官 由于对于农村社会的不熟悉，加上社会结构、角色定位等问题对他们的影响使得他们在实 际工作中往往会遭遇很多不同的困境，这些困境对于他们开展工作产生阻碍作用，从而也 引发了一系列的问题。本文将大学生“村官”在实际工作中所遭遇的具体困境列举出来， 分析其文化困境的成因，并在实践层面提出社工介入的方法和途径。76014

通过研究，本文认为“大学生”村官面临的主要文化困境包括村官自身的能力、村干 部和村民对“大学生”村官的能力等方面的不了解以及“大学生”村官在工作的阶段内难 以融入农村整体系统甚至是文化系统。文章提出了社工介入的方法和途径：一是开展有针 对性的职前培训，帮助“大学生”村官了解农村，方便其工作的开展。二是在社会系统视 角下协调农村各部分之间的关系，主要是要协调“大学生”村官、村干部与村民之间的关 系，让村干部和村民了解“大学生”村官，清楚他们的能力，对“大学生”村官有准确的 定位。三是“大学生”村官在优势视角下对农村本地文化的尊重。

Title The Cultural Dilemma of The College Student Village Officials and The Interventional Studies with The Social Work——Use Nantong Pingchao as An Example

Abstract The plan of the college student village officials is used by the government to promote the development of the new socialist countryside。We have paid close attention to  the college student village officials during the execution of the plan。Because of unfamiliar with the rural society,moreover,the problem of social structure and self-positioning and so on,the college student village officials often face difficulties in their work。These difficulties have negtive influences and also lead to a series of problems。This paper will list specificly the dilemmas of the village officials who have meet and analyze the reasons。In addition,this paper will recommend the methods and approaches for the social workers to intervene in。

This paper thinks that there are three difficulties the college student village officials have faced with ,including the capability of the college student village officials,people in this countryside don’t know the village officials well,and they can’t assimilate into the system of the countryside。This paper makes suggestions for social workers。Firstly,pre-employment training is helpful for the village officials to konw the countryside well and to work smoothly。Secondly,coordinating the relationship between different parts of the countryside so that they can locate the village officials accurately。Thirdly,the college student village officials should respect the local culture of the countryside in advantage perspective。
