摘要目前泗洪县域内的湿地生态旅游开发，受县城经济发展的制约，起点较低、发展速度较慢。整个发展方式也没有完全的将洪泽湖的生态资源利用起来，对于民俗文化文化的发展和宣传做的也不够到位。县域内湖泊的污染严重、没有科学系统的管理方法、对保护区的保护力不够等问题都制约着生态旅游的开发。针对诸多问题一定要从根本上找到问的核心，以保护与开发并举为指导思想，坚持发展与治理并重，争取早日将洪泽湖的生态旅游产业发展起来。77664

在这诸多问题当中，对洪泽湖水质的保护是重中之重。就现在的情况来看，生活污水向湖内排放以及日益猖獗的非法采砂活动，是带来污染的主要渠道。一定要加强政府管理，提高居民保护水生态的意识。要想发展，人才是关键。通过多方面多渠道，去培养和吸收更多的管理型人才，是促进生态旅游开发的有效措施也是必要措施。
