摘要随着信息技术的发展，以微博、微信及网络虚拟社区为代表的自媒体满足了社会公众信息交流、自由表达意见和诉求的需要。但是在自媒体环境下，涉警信息良莠不齐，其中不乏一些极端、非理性的声音，极易引起社会公众与公安机关的对立情绪，导致公安机关执法权威和公信力下降。如不加以正面引导，可能会影响公安机关正常工作的开展，甚至会严重威胁社会的安全稳定。深入研究自媒体的传播规律，完善涉警舆情的处置机制，提升公安机关正确处理警民关系、警媒关系的能力，对于重塑警察形象，维护社会长治久安具有重要意义。78480

ABSTRACT  With the development of information technology, we media represented by microblog, WeChat and network virtual community meet the needs of the public for information exchange, free expression of opinions and demands。 However, in the we-media environment, the information related to the police is uneven, and some of them are extreme and irrational, which easily causes the antagonism between the public and the public security organs, leading to the decline of the law enforcement authority and credibility of the public security organs。 Without positive guidance, it may affect the normal work of public security organs and even seriously threaten the security and stability of the society。 It is of great significance for remolding the image of the police and maintaining the long-term social stability to thoroughly study the law of we-media communication, improve the disposal mechanism of police-related public opinions, and enhance the ability of the public security organs to correctly handle the relationship between the police and the people and between the police and the media。
