摘要随着移动互联网技术的普及，微信早已融入人们的日常生活、学习与工作中。而功能丰富、方便快捷的微信公众号更是备受人们的关注和喜爱。作为公安机关发布警务信息、提供警务服务的平台，公安微信公众号得到了越来越多网友的认可与支持。但在运营中，基层公安微信公众号还存在着发布内容不优、群众信任度不高、价值未尽其用、与群众的沟通仍不充分等问题，需要公安机关从转变理念、加大宣传、提供充足人才保障方面优化基层公安微信公众号的运营效果。78481

ABSTRACT With the popularization of mobile Internet technology, WeChat has been integrated into people's daily life, learning and work。 The WeChat official account, which is rich in functions and convenient, is attracting much attention and love。 As a platform for public security organs to issue police information and provide police services, the public security WeChat official account has been recognized and supported by more and more netizens。 However, in operation, there are still problems in the official account of WeChat, including the poor content, the low trust of the masses, the unfulfilled use of the value and the insufficient communication with the masses。 It is necessary for the public security organs to optimize the operation effect of the WeChat official account of the basic level police from the aspects of changing the concept, increasing publicity and providing adequate personnel protection。
