摘   要为了提升群众服务水平、加强警民有效互动，公安机关借助微信平台建立了以服务群众为目标的公安政务微信，凭借其信息发布快捷、移动办公高效、警民互动即时等优势，公安机关在公安政务微信平台上推出了便捷高效的网络服务以及实时准确的警务资讯等功能，并获得了群众的大力支持。但在公安政务微信实际运营中也存在着功能定位不明确、平台建设不完善、情报信息采集率不高等问题，导致其警务实战效能未充分发挥。针对当前公安政务微信运营中存在的问题，各级公安机关应从明确政务微信功能定位、加强平台建设、优化产品应用设计等方面来寻求公安政务微信的发展策略。78493

ABSTRACT In order to improve the level of mass service and strengthen the effective interaction between the police and the public, the public security organs with the help of WeChat platform to serve the masses as the goal of public security government WeChat, with its information release fast, mobile office efficient, police-community interaction and other advantages, the public security organs in the public security government WeChat platform launched a convenient and efficient network services and real-time accurate police information and other functions, and won the strong support of the masses。 However, there are problems such as unclear functional positioning, imperfect platform construction and low information collection rate in the actual operation of public security government WeChat, which lead to the failure of its police effectiveness to be fully realized。 In view of the existing problems in the operation of weChat in public security government, public security organs at all levels should seek the development strategy of public security government WeChat from the aspects of clear lying the functional orientation of government affairs WeChat, strengthening platform construction and optimizing the application design of products。
