摘要警察职业认同感是人民警察履行职责、积极工作、自觉推进组织目标实现的心理基础,是自发、高效职业行为的内在动力。对新录用人民警察而言,较高的职业认同感能助其树立正确的从警观、形成良性职业期待,提高职业抗压和抵御职业风险能力。本研究以河南警察学院重点项目为依托,选取河南省公安机关2019年新录用人民警察为研究对象,从省公安机关第219期入警培训班、2019年军转干部进高校专项培训班、郑州、周口、商丘等地市公安局新录用人民警察中进行随机取样,采用问卷方式进行调查,对调查结果从职业效能、职业价值、职业意志、职业意愿四个维度分析发现,新录用人民警察职业认同程度处于中等偏上水平,且在职业意愿及职业意志等维度,不同招录来源的新录用人民警察存在显著性差异。本文从职业规划、教育培训、福利保障、职业环境及职业情感培养等方面,对新录用人民警察职业认同提升路径进行了探究,为新录用人民警察思想政治工作和组织管理,及教育培训提供本土化数据支持和对策参考。78494

ABSTRACT The police professional identity is the psychological foundation for the people's police to perform their duties, work actively and promote the realization of organizational goals consciously。 It is also the internal power for the spontaneous and efficient professional behavior。 For newly recruited police officers, a higher sense of professional identity can help them establish a correct view of police, form a benign occupational expectation, and improve their ability to resist occupational pressure and risks。 This study, which is based on a key project of Henan police academy, select new employed people's police in Henan province public security organs in 2019 as the research object, from the provincial public security organs of 2019 into the police training course, 219th cadres into the special training course in colleges and universities, Zhengzhou, Zhoukou, Shangqiu city public security bureau new employed people's police in random sampling, USES the questionnaire to investigate, the result of the investigation from the professional performance, professional value, professional will, intend to four dimensions analysis found that the new employed people's police professional identity degree at average level, and in dimensions such as professional intention and will。 There are significant differences among the newly recruited people's police from different recruitment sources。 From the aspects of career planning, education and training, welfare security, occupational environment and vocational emotional training, this paper explores the path to improve the professional identity of the newly recruited people's police, and provides localized data support and countermeasures for the ideological and political work, organization and management, and education and training of the newly recruited people's police。
