摘要:如今,旅游业已成为发展最强劲和规模最大的产业之一,在促进经济、社会可持续协调发展,解决就业,帮助扶贫等方面成效显著。作为经济发展的支柱性产业之一的旅游业对社会经济的拉动、社会就业的带动、以及对文化的提升作用也日益显现。本文通过调查顾客消费习惯对上海旅游营销策略进行研究,分析上海游客的消费习惯特点以及上海旅游业的不足之处,并以此数据从产品、价格、渠道、促销等方面制定适合上海的旅游营销策略。本文对上海旅游业的不足之处给出改进建议以及实际方案,为完善上海旅游业,使其可持续发展提供支持。80324

The Influence of Customer 's Consumption Habits on the Development of Tourism Marketing
—A Case Study of Shanghai Tourism
Abstract: Currently, the tourism industry has become one of the strongest and largest developed industries。 It has made remarkable achievements in promoting economic and social sustainable development, offering employment opportunities and helping the development of poverty alleviation。 As one of the pillar industries of economic development, the tourism industry plays an important role in stimulating the social economy, increasing social employment, promoting culture and improving the environment。 This paper studies the tourism marketing strategy of Shanghai through the survey of customer consumption habits, and obtains the consumption habit features of Shanghai tourists and the shortcomings of Shanghai tourism industry。 Based on that, the tourism marketing strategy suitable for Shanghai is brought out in terms of the tourism products, price, channels, promotion。 This paper provides improvement and internship programs to overcome the shortcomings of the Shanghai tourism industry, which offer support for the promotion and suatainable development of the Shanghai tourism industry。
