摘要员工激励向来是人力资源管理的重要内容,激励的出发点是人的需求,目的是激发员工的工作热情,充分发挥其才干,实现个人和组织的互利双赢。不同职涯发展阶段的员工其角色和需求特点的不同使得据此进行激励有了可能。本研究根据论题在文献回顾的基础上设计问卷,通过对企业中的员工进行问卷调查,收集了有关职涯阶段和激励因素的数据。数据分析之后,我们得出了处于不同职涯阶段的员工对不同的激励因素的重视程度和满意程度存在着显著差异的结论,员工对激励因素的重视程度和满意程度受人口统计学变量影响的假设得到了部分验证。据此我们认为在企业的管理实践中,应当注意区别不同年龄阶段员工在激励因素上的重要性程度和满意性程度之间的差异,并且结合组织目标和员工需求进行有针对性的激励。80415

Title How to motivate employees in different career stages:Based on the theory of career stage
Abstract The role and needs are different for the employee in different career stage。 The motivation is based on the differences in the needs for the people at the different career stage in this paper。
This study collected data related to incentive factors and career stage on employees by a questionnaire。
After the data analysis,we found that the degree of importance and satisfaction in incentive factors are significantly different for employees who are in different career stage。The hypothesis that the degree of importance and satisfaction attention to the incentive factors are influenced by the demographic variables has been partially supported。
In order to improve the efficiency,we should pay attention to the age-related differences on the incentive factors in the management practice,and combine the organizational goals with employee needs for a targeted incentives。
