摘 要：非物质文化遗产代表着一个国家的文化内涵和历史记忆，其中饮食类非物质文化遗产也是重要的组成部分。但南京作为一座六朝古都却没有一项国家级饮食类非物质文化遗产，直到2014年第一次申报落选后才引起重视。通过研究分析南京饮食类非物质文化遗产的意义和资源现状，发现其中存在的具体问题，并结合所学知识提出相应的对策，有利于促进南京饮食类非物质文化遗产更好的发展和保护工作。81598

Abstract:Intangible cultural heritage represents a country's cultural connotation and historical memory,which is also an important part of the diet of intangible cultural heritage。But Nanjing,which is a seat of the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties,doesn’t have a diet at the national level intangible cultural heritage。It doesn’t attract people’s attention until the fail of the  first declaration in 2014。Through the research of the significana and the present situation of the resources of Nanjing food of non material cultural heritage,the thesis finds the existing specific problems。Then proposes the correspending countermeasure by combining the knowledge which has been learnd。This action will contribute to the better development and protection of intangible cultural heritage of Nanjing food 。
