摘要： 本论文主要根据某压缩机生产企业提供的厂区内存在的危险源以及相关资料对该企业进行危险和有害因素分析。首先，对生产工艺过程存在的危险有害因素进行了分析，并对各生产单元进行重大危险源辨识。其次，通过运用事故树分析法对机械加工生产过程中较容易发生的事故进行分析；运用作业条件危险性分析生产过程中的风险级别，得出从在生产加工中发生事故的最主要的原因是人的不安全行为；通过现场测定的方法，对生产车间中存在的部分职业危害因素进行测试。最后根据上述分析结果，提出合理的对策，以降低事故发生所带来的损失及危害。82265

Risk Analysis and Countermeasures of a Compressor Manufacturing Enterprise

Abstract: this paper mainly analyzes the dangerous and harmful factors of the enterprise according to the dangerous sources and relevant information in the factory area provided by a compressor manufacturer。 Firstly, the dangerous and harmful factors in the production process are analyzed, and the major hazard identification of each production unit is made。 Secondly, the fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the accident which is easy to happen in the process of machining。 The risk level in the production process is analyzed by using the operating condition hazard, and the most important reason for the accident in the production and processing is the unsafe behavior of human being, and the occupational hazard factors in the workshop are tested by the method of field determination。 Finally, according to the above analysis results, put forward reasonable countermeasures, so as to reduce the loss and harm of the accident。
