Abstract Owing to N-heterocyclic carbene its large space resistance and strong for electronic capability, can be stable in the air。it has been attenting organic chemists and research workers interesting。 N- heterocyclic carbene can not only be used as a catalyst in the metal organic catalysis plays an important role, but also can be formed with the metal complex in the coupling reaction as an efficient catalyst。 Firstly we reported a N-heterocyclic carbene precursor imidazole salt, then and palladium metal and pyridine ligand interaction synthesis has a N-heterocyclic carbene metal palladium complexes NHC-Pd-Pyridine and we discusses its application in Suzuki coupling reaction。
In this paper, the influence of a series of single factor such as different solvent, different bases, different amount of catalyst and different feeding ratio, with aryl bromide content generation, aryl sulfonate and aryl boric acid and its derivatives as reactants, NHC-Pd-Pyridine catalyst, synthesis, the Suzuki cross coupling products, and by MS, 1HNMR and 13CHMR, EA and detection method for the synthesis of the target compounds were characterized。
