Abstract This thesis firstly introduces the special nature and performance of atomic clusters, and also noted the status of its application and the main problems and technical challenges in its synthesis。 Meanwhile, the advantages of sulfur and phosphorus atoms Clusters have been highlighted here。 Several major methods of preparing clusters, including solid phase reaction method, liquid-phase reaction method and hydrothermal reaction, and their respective advantages and disadvantages were also introduced here。 The metal clusters as an important branch of atomic clusters attracted more and more attention of chemists。 The application of metal clusters, especially the gold clusters, in biology is playing a vital role for the entire field of biology。 Improving the performance of gold clusters in the field of biology and developing more excellent properties of gold clusters become a major difficult problem。 But, the application of suitable ligands, such as N, P-ligands, will improve the solubility of gold clusters in both water and oil, and finally effect its application in biology。 This thesis will focus on the design and synthesis of the N, P-ligands of gold clusters。 According to the literature, we design the target molecular and the routes of its synthesis。 The desired product was obtained by improving and developing the synthetic methods。
