The results show that: with the increase of silicon content, the eutectic carbide of series is increasing, and their organization, segregation of carbide alloy elements more and more serious, when the silicon content of 1。5%, less than the tempering temperature in order to obtain the carbon diffusion kinetic energy, quenching the steel has not improved, secondary carbides reticular distribution, seriously affecting the overall performance of the steel, increasing its brittleness, reduced its lifetime。 In addition, the experiment also measured the hardness of the samples, the influence of the silicon content of the steel hardness。 The results show that with increasing silicon content, increasing the hardness of the steel, it is because, with increasing silicon content, which is increasingly difficult to quenched martensite phase transformation, martensite with high hardness, so with increase the silicon content, the hardness of the steel is increasing。
