摘要金属有机骨架指由有机配体与金属离子通过配位作用自组装而形成的一类具有规则孔穴结构的晶态新型多孔材料,又称为多孔配位聚合物。相对于传统材料,它具有超高比表面积、孔道易调控、骨架结构的多样性、易实现功能化等优点,在不对称催化、气体存储、药物输运、荧光传感等方面有广泛的应用前景。89335
选择不同的金属中心或设计合成带有特定官能团的有机配体,可以在一定程度上赋予MOFs不同的功能。而本论文所要合成的金属有机骨架主要是为了用于催化不对称Aldol反应,故本论文设计以下两个部分来合成目标MOFs:
1、本文以3,5-二甲氧羰基苯硼酸、2,5-二溴苯胺、N-BOC-L-脯氨醛为原料,设计合成一种含吡咯烷手性功能基团的四羧酸刚性配体H4L,并对其进行分析和表征;
2、将手性四羧酸配体分别与过渡金属离子Cu2+、Zn2+进行自组装反应,合成具有催化活性位点的手性MOFs:[Cu2(L)]和[Zn2(L)],并采用红外和1HNMR对其进行分析和表征。

AbstractMetal-organic frameworks are an emerging class of crystalline porous materials connected by self-assembly of metal ions and organic ligands, also known as porous coordination polymer。 They have been widely regarded as a promising material for asymmetric catalysis, gas storage, drug transport, fluorescence sensing and so on, because of their ultra high surface area, easy regulation of channel, persity of skeleton structure and easy realization of functionalization compared with traditional materials。
The choice of different metal centers or the design of synthetic organic ligands with specific functional groups can give MOFs different functions to a certain extent。 In this paper, the metal organic skeleton to be synthesized is mainly used to catalyze the asymmetric Aldol reaction。 Therefore, the following two parts are designed to synthesize the target MOFs:
1、In this paper, a pyrrolidine-containing chiral tetracarboxylic acid rigid ligand was designed and synthesized by using 3,5-dimethoxycarbonylbenzeneboronic acid, 2,5-dibromoaniline and N-BOC-L-proline as raw materials, and then analyzed and characterized;
2、The chiral tetracarboxylic acid ligand was self-assembled with the transition metal ions Cu2+ and Zn2+ respectively to synthetise chiral MOFs with catalytically active sites: [Cu2(L)] and [Zn2(L)]。 And characterize them by IR and 1HNMR。
