摘要:本文研究鱼鳞制备材料作为一种廉价、高效有机染料吸附剂的可行性。模拟含有甲基紫的废水,研究了pH、吸附时间、吸附剂用量等因素对甲基紫的吸附的影响,并用Langmuir和Freundlich两种吸附等温线模型进行拟合。结果表明,鱼鳞对甲基紫的吸附的最佳pH值为7,最佳吸附时间为30min;随着吸附剂用量的增加,吸附量增大。Freundlich模型和Lagergren二级动力学模型能更好的描述鱼鳞对甲基紫的吸附过程。以上研究结果表明鱼鳞可以用作有机染料吸附剂的原料。91507
Abstract:In the present paper, the feasibility of the material to adsorb methyl violet organic dye was studied。 The material was prepared by using fish scale as a cheap and high-efficient absorbent。 The fish scale was used to absorb methyl violet in simulated waste water。 The effectiveness of different factors such as pH, adsorption time, the amount of absorbent, were studied。 The equilibrium data were fitted with Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm equations。 The results showed that the most optimal condition is pH 7 and the most optimal time of adsorption 30 minutes。 As the
increasing amount of adsorbent, the adsorption capacity of adsorbent on methyl violet increases。 The pseudo-second order and Langmuir isotherm were proved to be suitable for the adsorption to methyl violet。 The research results show that fish scale could be used as an ideal absorption material for the removal of methyl violet organic dyes in waste water。
