摘要:聚丙烯在包装、电子、汽车等行业应用广泛,虽然其产量迅速增长,但仍供不应求。项目以丙烷、乙烯为原料,采用Oleflex(丙烷脱氢)与Spheripol-Ⅱ(丙烯聚合)耦合工艺生产聚丙烯并副产氢气。本文主要从技术经济分析、环境及安全评价方面进行研究。首先,技术经济分析结果表明项目总投资约17。78亿元,投资回收期为4。12年,净现值为29。92亿元,内部收益率为43%,投资利润率为74。63%,均高于化工行业平均标准。其次,对产生的废气、废渣、废液进行环境评价,并提出了合适的三废治理方案。最后,从识别危险有害因素、分析危险等级及提出安全措施等方面对项目进行安全评价,获得完善的防护措施,实现安全生产。91516

Abstract: Polypropylene is widely used in the field of package, electronics, automobile and other industries。 Though polypropylene production grows rapidly, it is still in short supply。 In this project, propane and ethylene were taken as raw materials, and coupling process of Oleflex (propane dehydrogenation) and Spheripol-Ⅱ(propylene polymerization) are used to produce polypropylene and by-product hydrogen。 The technical and economic analysis, environment and safety evaluation are mainly studied in this paper。 First, the results of technical and economic analysis show that the total investment is 17。78 billion, the payback period is 4。12 years, the net present value is 29。92 billion, the internal rate of return is 43% and the investment profit rate is 74。63%, they are all higher than the average standard values of chemical industry。 Second, the waste gas, waste residue and waste water are analysed in the environmental assessment and the proposed solution has better operability。 Finally, safety assessment is designed for the project, which included the recognition of dangerous and harmful factors, analysis of risk levels and security measures, and perfect protection measures are obtained to realize safe production。
