摘 要教师使用合理、恰当的激励方式可以促进学生的发展。本研究运用问卷调查法，调查了某小学三、 四、五年级的 129 名学生以及 32 名不同教龄的教师，对教师的激励机制的认知现状、激励机制的使用 现状以及学生对不同激励方式的喜好进行研究。通过数据分析，发现存在以下三个问题：①教师对激励 机制理论的了解程度不高；②教师运用激励机制与学生的喜好之间存在差异；③教师运用激励机制与年 级之间无显著相关。针对问题提出以下几点建议：①教师注重激励理论的学习；②激励的使用要满足学 生合理的需求；③根据原则、学生特点，合理使用激励方式。88233

Abstract：Teachers use reasonable and appropriate incentives can promote the development of students。 This research uses the questionnaire survey method, randomly select 129 students in a primary school in third or fourth, the fifth grade and 32 Teachers in different age, to study the cognitive status of teachers' incentive mechanism, the current situation of the incentive mechanism and the students' preferences for different ways of motivation are studied。 By data analysis, discovered three main problems: (1) the existence of teachers' level of understanding of the theory of incentive mechanism is not high; secondly, teachers use the incentive mechanism and student preferences differences exist between; (3) the teacher uses incentive mechanism and grade of no significant correlation was found between。 Aiming at the problem that study, the author puts forward the following several suggestions: (1) the teacher should pay attention to learning motivation theory; (2) incentive should meet students' reasonable needs; (3) according to the principle, the characteristics of the students, rational use incentives。
