摘要:外来务工子女分为“流动儿童”和“留守儿童”两类,由于父母工作繁忙,他们的周末和假期基本都是在民办培训机构度过的。随之而来的,在民办培训机构中的学习与成长环境问题尤其值得注意。因此解决外来务工女的这一问题,是目前外来务工子女教育的一项重大课题。本文以民办培训机构中外来务工子女的学习与成长环境为研究对象,对外来务工子女在培训机构的成绩、学习兴趣、交际范围、艺术修养培养、道德品质培养等方面的情况做了深入的研究调查,以便外来务工子女在能在提升学习兴趣和成绩的同时,更好地全方面发展,缩小与城市孩子之间的差距。结果表明:外来务工子女在培训机构中存在上课纪律差、学习懒散、自卑、只关注成绩而忽略全面发展等问题。培训机构、家长和政府应该引起重视,及时关注并解决问题,给孩子们一个更好地学习与成长环境,使孩子们能更加健康快乐的成长。89035
Abstract: migrant children into "floating children" and "Children Left Behind" categories, as busy parents, their weekends and holidays in private training institutions are basically spent。 Followed, in private training institutions of learning and growth environment is particularly noteworthy。 Therefore, to solve the problem of migrant woman, migrant children's education is a major issue。 In this paper, private training institutions in migrant children's learning and growing environment for the study of foreign migrant children results in training institutions, interest in learning, case communication range of artistic accomplishment training, moral training and other aspects made a thorough study surveys to migrant children can enhance interest in learning and achievement, while better in all aspects of development, narrowing the gap between urban children。 The results show that: the presence of migrant children school discipline is poor, lazy learning, self-esteem, only concerned with the results and ignore the overall development and other issues in the training institutions。 Training institutions, parents and the government should pay attention to, and timely attention to solve the problem, give our children a better learning and growth environment in which children can grow up more healthy and happy。
