摘 要幼儿触控媒体使用率逐步提高，而触控媒体对幼儿影响各有利弊。幼儿正确使用触控媒 体十分必要，但是幼儿触控媒体使用情况研究不足，所以进行了杭州市下城区幼儿手机、平 板电脑使用的现状的调查。调查结果显示，大多数幼儿每周会使用手机、平板电脑 1~2 次， 大多数幼儿的使用时长为 1 小时以内，其使用的主要功能是看动画、玩游戏。其次父母的手 机、平板电脑使用行为、态度在不同程度上影响着学前儿童的使用行为。所以培养学前儿童 平板电脑手机正确使用的策略和建议是 1。幼儿园开展一些相关活动；2。教师要做好示范、 加以引导；3。软件开发者要开发适合幼儿年龄特点的软件并标明适合的年龄段；4。政府应提 高对动画和幼儿软件的要求，出台相关法律保护幼儿。89122

Abstract： The children touch media usage rate gradually increased, and the touch media influence on children's children have advantages and disadvantages, how to use the touch media correctly is necessary, but the research of children use touch media is insufficient, so I make the survey about situation of Hangzhou children's mobile phone, tablet computer use survey。 Survey results show that most of the children will use mobile phones or tablet PC 1~2 times a week, most of the use of children for a long time less than 1 hours, the main function is to watch cartoons, play game。 Secondly, parents' mobile phone tablet computer use behavior and attitude influence the behavior of preschool children's use in different extent。 So the strategy and suggestion to develop the correct use of the tablet pc mobile phone in pre-school children is 1, kindergartens to carry out a number of related activities; 2, the teacher to do a demonstration, guide; 3, software developers to develop software suitable for children age characteristics and marked age appropriate4, the government should improve the requirements of animation and children's software, the introduction of relevant laws to protect children。
