摘   要利他行为是人们在社会交往过程中自愿表现出来地不期望任何回报的亲社会行为。具体行为表现有谦让、帮助、合作、捐献和分享等。学前儿童利他行为的形成主要受自身认知两个方面的限制。一方面是自身内在利他观念的形成，另一方面是觉察到被帮助者的需要也就是观点采择能力的发展。学前儿童出于各方面的能力迅速发展的时期，随着学前儿童认知水平的不断提高，利他行为逐渐形成。从小班的不自觉的、偶尔的行为，到中班在没掌握利他概念的情况下，遵照成人的要求而表现出较多的建立在公平基础上的浅层利他行为。实验结果表明，掌握利他概念所需要的认知能力，大班幼儿已经完全具备。但仍有大部分的幼儿并没有表现出利他行为，实验者认为，这与幼儿受到的家庭教育和其他形式的教育有关。而掌握利他概念的这部分大班幼儿表现了较为深层（相对中班）的利他行为。89677
